Joana is a great hostess and has always been able to help me with my questions as a "Lisbon beginner". Needs and questions on my part were answered by Joana with the necessary tact. I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very nice and bright. Everything was nice. In the beginning I had some allergy issues, but Joana was really helpful, and took all the necessary arrangements so everything was okay and I would feel comfortable. Fortunately, we manage to solve the issue, and I could enjoy the place. Joana was super kind and thoughtful throughout my whole stay there.
