Beautiful 90 square meters apartment completely renovated in Puerto de Sóller at 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small balcony with spectacular mountain views. The whole property has air conditioning and double glazed windows. Super close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and to the bay atmosphere. It also has a small community, as it only has five neighbors.
