Exterior 120m2 luxury apartment located in the heart of Madrid. This 2 bedroom apartment has a queen sized bed and a bathroom in each of them. It includes FREE wifi, A/C, heating system, TV, clean towels and sheets. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped and it has washing machine, hair dryer, and iron set. We are located right in the middle of downtown Madrid, just a few meters away from Plaza Mayor. The living room balconies face Calle Coloreros. The furniture and beds are made by the well-known manufacturers Luis Comyn and Mesefor respectively. Despite its location, it is a quiet apartment in a very safe building.






NORMAS


The minimum stay are 3 days, but it can be less in certain periods. It is not allowed to smoke, party, make noises or play music that can annoy anyone outside the apartment. The house is located inside a community with more apartments, therefore respect is fundamental.

The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, in the heart of Centro neighborhood. Just a few meters away from Plaza Mayor and only 200 meters away from Puerta del Sol. The Royal Palace is only 5 minutes away on foot. Any interesting point in the city can be reached walking easily. Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (all the main museums are there), there are supermarkets nearby as well as shopping streets. The area is full of life with all the bars, restaurants and monuments that can be found. In case you want to visit some other part of the city, there are many options as far as public transport is concerned that will connect you to anywhere in the city.

The apartment is well connected with the whole city; 200 meters away one can find Sol station (metro lines 1, 2 and 3; train lines C-3 and C-4), 4 minutes away Ópera station can be found (metro lines 2, 5 and R). Furthermore, there are plenty of bus lines nearby.


From the airport there are several options: the most comfortable one is to take a taxi (20 min and a FIXED price of 30€). In case you decide to take a taxi, tell them to drop you at Calle Mayor, 20 because it is perpendicular to our entrance. Another option would be the train from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios; once there, you would have to change platforms to go to Sol (1 more stop, 5 min). This would cost you around 5€ and takes about 30min. Last but not least, there is a Shuttle bus that stops in Cibeles or Atocha (5€ and aroun 40 min). If you decide to stop in Atocha, you can reach Sol by train (1 stop, 3 min) and from Cibeles you may take the metro Banco España to Sol (2 stops) or walk for less than 10 minutes to the building. The building is located 200 meters away from Sol.


In case you are coming by train, we are only 7 minutes away by taxi from Atocha and 15 min from Chamartín. By public transport you may take the train from Atocha to Sol (1 stop, 3 min), and from Chamartín to Sol too, only 2 train stops and 9 minutes away.


If you are coming by car, you might need to know that traffic and restrictions are complicated in the city center. We suggest you to check Atocha Parking aparcandgo, which is cheaper than Plaza Mayor public parking.
