House for rent - Lajes do Pico

Das Haus liegt am Fuße des Pico-Berges und des Meeres und bietet einen gleichzeitigen Blick auf beide.

Ein angenehmer, komfortabler und moderner Raum, in dem Sie nichts vermissen werden, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Wir heben die voll ausgestattete Küche, den Wäschebereich und 200 TV-Kanäle hervor.

INTERNET: Schnelles und unbegrenztes Internet Fiber / Wi-Fi 200 Mbps im ganzen Haus. 2 WLAN-Verbindungen, 2,4 GHz und 5 GHz. Eine Ethernet-Verbindung ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Draußen gibt es einen Grill-/Grillbereich, einen Essbereich, eine Hängematte und eine Dusche mit direktem Blick auf die Berge.

Der Raum ist sehr hell und alle Fenster und Türen haben Meer- oder Bergblick.

Auf dem Grundstück haben wir auch einen kleinen Obstgarten mit Früchten wie Bananen, Orangen, Puddingäpfeln, Zitronen, Mispeln, Araçais usw. Unsere Gäste sind eingeladen, sie vom Baum zu holen und so viel zu essen, wie sie wollen.

Da unser Haus in einer ländlichen Gegend liegt, können Sie Milch und andere Milchprodukte direkt vom Besitzer der Kühe kaufen oder Käse in einer kleinen Handwerksfabrik 250 Meter vom Haus entfernt kaufen.
Sie können auch Brot vom Bäcker kaufen, der täglich mit frisch gebackenem Brot am Haus vorbeikommt.
Die Nachbarn bauen auch verschiedene landwirtschaftliche Produkte an, die Sie direkt bei ihnen kaufen können.

In der Nähe des Hauses finden Sie auch 3 natürliche Schwimmbäder (zwei davon mit Picknickplätzen).

Der Parque Florestal de S. João liegt etwa 2 km vom Haus entfernt und nimmt eine Fläche von 212 ha ein. Der Park beabsichtigt, sich als Zentrum für die Verbreitung der Forstwirtschaft zu etablieren, durch seinen Multimedia-Kiosk, das Vogelobservatorium, thematische Besuche; und die Förderung von Sport und körperlicher Bewegung (verfügt über verschiedene Geräte und Fitnessparcours) in voller Interaktion mit der Natur.

CASA DO ALMANCE bietet gute Arbeitsbedingungen mit guter Internetverbindung, an einem ruhigen und ruhigen Ort mit Berg- und Meerblick mit frischer Luft in einem milden Klima (im südlichen Teil der Insel) mit Temperaturen im Winter um 10 bis 15 Grad Celsius im Durchschnitt und im Sommer um die 22 bis 26 Grad Celsius

I am from the Azores and with my wife (she is from France) we rebuilt 2 houses in the Azores archipelago to rent them as vacation houses.
We have both worked from home for around 12 years.
We decided to list our properties on this platform since we believe that both the Azores and our houses are great for Digital Nomads, we have spent some time living and working from home there, and it was very pleasant.
