We are a group of four young professionals in their early 30s, all with an international background. We have been living in Lisbon for several years now and are very easy going and quite active people. One of our roommates is going on vacation for a month and his large luminous and nicely furnished room is available for that period.

The house is centrally located and has all the amenities you would require. With a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, flatbed grill, fridge+freezer, coffee machine, milk foamer. Living room with sofa, TV and audio system. Dining room with a large table and direct access to the large south facing balcony full of plants and flowers.

The room is the largest in the house and is incredibly light thanks to its 2 large windows. There is a large bed with an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress. There is also a hight adjustable desk with a desk chair and an external monitor in case you would like to work from home. You will also have enough space to hang and store all your clothes as there is a large open closet and a chest of drawers.

Wir haben in Lissabon seit mehreren Jahren leben und sind sehr einfach gehen und ziemlich aktive Menschen. Einer unserer Mitbewohner geht auf Urlaub für einen Monat und seine große helle und schön eingerichtete Zimmer ist für diesen Zeitraum zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen würden. Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Flachbettgrill, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Milchaufschäumer. Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Stereoanlage. Esszimmer mit einem großen Tisch und direktem Zugang zum großen Südbalkon voller Pflanzen und Blumen.

Das Zimmer ist das größte im Haus und ist unglaublich hell dank seiner 2 großen Fenster. Es gibt ein großes Bett mit einer unglaublich bequemen Memory Foam Matratze. Es gibt auch einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit einem Schreibtischstuhl und einem externen Monitor, falls Sie von zu Hause aus arbeiten möchten. Sie haben auch genug Platz, um all Ihre Kleidung aufzuhängen und zu verstauen, denn es gibt einen großen offenen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode.

I was here for one month and absolutely loved it. Mortiz is a sweet and welcoming host, and so is his roommates. It is a bright and charming apartment, the area is great, close to grocery shopping, gyms and downtown Lisbon.

During my stay here, I decided I wanted to stay longer in Lisbon and I think renting the room from Moritz, and meeting his roommates was a great start to make me feel at home in a city where i didn't know anyone.

This is especially a good place for you if you like a clean place with good energy, where there is space to be yourself and socilaize with some wonderful people. :)

I loved staying at Moritz's room. The flat is beautiful and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and the roommates are awesome. Location couldn't be any better. And Mortiz was always making sure everything was alright. I highly recommend this stay.

Neighborhood
Saldanha is one of the best areas to stay in Lisbon. You can find anything you need around, including shops, gyms, green spaces, and transportation to go everywhere. The street where the apartment is located is also very quiet.

The highlight for me was having an amazing swimming pool within a 15 min walk.

We have rented out mine and my roommates' rooms every time we go on vacation and so far we had very good experiences. We usually integrate the person that stays with us and have regular dinners at home and show them around the city if they want to.
